Pricing & Retainer Packages
Not all clients require the same level of support and so although we do offer retainer packages with set hours, we can tailor a package to suit your needs.
We can accommodate one off pieces of work - i.e. support for an event or project or we can tailor the individual retainers to suit your requirements.
Support for 10 hours per month.
We could help you with your Essential admin which could consist of smaller day to day tasks, emails, diary management, appointment booking, liaising with clients and or customers. - the time is structured to your needs and requirement’s.
Timesheets are completed to track time to the nearest 15 minutes and a report is issued with each invoice.
Any additional hours over and above your pre-purchased amount will be charged at the standard contracted hourly rate.
Support for 20 hours per month.
The more Enhanced retainer package allows you to hand over those pieces of work that you find very time consuming. We could support you with travel booking, database management, report writing and audio transcription, as well as the general day to day admin duties - all time is structured to your needs and requirements.
Timesheets are completed to track time to the nearest 15 minutes and a report is issued with each invoice.
Any additional hours over and above your pre-purchased amount will be charged at the standard contracted hourly rate.
Support for 30 hours per month.
This accumulates to approximately one week’s support over the month and can be broken down to suit your needs.
You could use this time for large important pieces of work that occur each month for example monthly invoicing or payroll support. HR tasks, data entry, reports, and even chasing clients and or suppliers. All time is structured to your needs and requirements.

Any additional hours over and above your pre-purchased amount will be charged at the standard contracted hourly rate.
