No More Admin is committed to preventing slavery and human trafficking in our corporate activities and ensuring that our supply chains are free from these practices. We have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and we are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships.

2. Our Business and Structure

We are an Executive Assistant and administration support business operating primarily within the United Kingdom. Our registered office is located at [Company Registered Address].

As a small business our internal operations are managed by our core team based in the UK. Our supply chains include providers of web hosting, office supplies, software platforms.

3. Our Policies on Slavery and Human Trafficking

We operate the following internal policies to identify modern slavery risks and prevent slavery and human trafficking in our operations:

• Whistleblowing Policy: We encourage all our employees, customers and business partners to report any concerns related to the direct activities or the supply chains of the business.

• Employee Code of Conduct: Our code makes it clear to employees the actions and behavior expected of them when representing the business. We strive to maintain the highest standards of employee conduct and ethical behavior.

• Supplier Code of Conduct: We expect our suppliers to adhere to the same high standards and comply with the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015.

4. Due Diligence and Risk Assessment

We understand that the biggest risk of modern slavery sits within third-party supply chains. To mitigate this risk, we undertake the following due diligence measures:

• Verifying that all internal employees have the right to work in the UK.

• Reviewing the modern slavery statements of our primary, high-value suppliers (such as our technology and hosting platforms).

• Including specific anti-slavery clauses in our contracts with any new major suppliers.

5. Training and Awareness

To ensure a high level of understanding of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our supply chains and our business, we provide basic awareness information to our staff members upon onboarding.

6. Approval

This statement is made voluntarily pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes our business’s slavery and human trafficking statement for the current financial year.
